Disinherited Under "Suspicious Circumstances?"

The saying "where there is smoke there is fire" applies to legal proceedings, and if you or a loved one has been disinherited, and the will, trust or other instrument which is the cause came into existence under "suspicious circumstances," you may have valuable legal rights.  The law concerning trusts and wills has many technical requirements, but it also has some rules that are based on common sense and fundamental fairness.  Judges and juries can tell when there is a "rat in the woodpile" and if there are sufficient red flags that a will or trust was procured by untoward means, the rule that "where there is a wrong, there is a remedy" will often be applied and may result in the invalidation of the disinheriting instrument, be it trust, will, or power-of-attorney.
