Mutual Service Corporation is a Florida based brokerage house that employs hundreds of “independent” stockbrokers and financial advisors in many states around the Country, including California.  The firm has been repeatedly sanctioned by regulators for a variety of violations over the years, including failure to property supervise its employees.  These violations shown that it is not "user friendly."  Mutual Service Corporation is not a “brick and mortar” type firm, and its branch offices are actually the separate property of its stockbrokers and advisors.  However much Mutual Service Corporation tries to distance itself from its own agents, the firm is fully liable for any misconduct by its representatives relating to its investments.
