In cases in which our clients have been injured by the wrongful act of another, our clients are not required to pay any of our fees up front. Our fee is one-third of what we recover for our clients. If there is no recovery, our clients pay us no fees. In serious personal injury and insurance disputes cases, our firm typically advances the costs incurred for our clients, and, when we do, if we do not recover for our clients, we absorb advanced costs. In other types of contingency fee cases, our clients are responsible to pay the costs associated with the case on an ongoing basis. Defense of employment cases and employment law consulting is provided on an hourly-fee basis.
