He has extensive experience handling arbitration cases filed with the National Association of Securities Dealers (currently known as FINRA) and is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, a national organization of attorneys dedicated to representing defrauded investors.  He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

As firm founder and principal, Timothy C.
